BANQUET  BASICS

    J.R.'s Stockyards Inn invites you to enjoy our banquet facilities in our private and semi-private dining rooms. Our professional staff will assist you in planning and hosting your luncheon and dinner parties, receptions and meetings.  We will gladly make any special arrangements for flowers, cakes or rental equipment.
 

    * Please take a look at our menu and select:

THREE entrees for groups under 50 and TWO entrees for groups of 50 and over

OR

ONE of J.R.'s Special Combos for your entire group

    * Once you have selected the entrees for your group, distribute the 2 - 3 choices to your guests so they can make their decision.

    * A guaranteed guest count and menu selection must be provided at least five working days prior to the event.  You will be charged for your guaranteed number.

    * Weekday luncheon banquets conclude by 2:30 p.m. unless special arrangements have been made.   Weekend daytime banquets must conclude by 4:30 p.m.
 

FEE SCHEDULE

Room Rates:

Groups of less than 20:                          Please call the restaurant (703-893-3390) for reservations

Groups of 20 to 100:                             No charge for luncheons

                                                   No charge for Sunday through Thursday nights

                                                             $75.00 charge for Friday/Saturday night

                                                            $75.00 charge if count drops below 20 people

Receptions (50 person minimum):          $75.00 room fee/$20 food minimum per person

Bar Rates:

Groups of 35 or more:                          If you group is interested in serving alcoholic
                                                            beverages, a $45.00 bar
                                                            setup is required (lunch & dinner). 
                                                            You may choose an open or cash bar. 
                                                            Cocktails are priced on a per drink basis. 
                                                            Drink prices available upon request.

Service Fee:                                    A 18% service charge will be added to all checks

Sales Tax:                                        A 5 % Virginia Sales Tax will be added to the total bill,
                                                            including the 18% service charge.

Deposit:                                           A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve your booking. 
                                                            A $300.00 deposit is required for dinners in December.
                                                            It is non-refundable within 30 days of the event.

Our Main Banquet Room Seats 20 - 65 Guests

The Main Dining Room is Available Sunday - Thursday for Groups of 80 - 100
